The manor built by the lords of La Vignole in 1450 is said to have been home to queen Marguerite d'Anjou towards the end of her life.

It is a listed building and was preserved intact.
Located 5 miles from Fontevraud abbey, it is an ideal place to visit the south Loire Valley, numerous castles and enjoy the "douceur angevine".
